Our story

We saw a gap. We filled it.

B&B Nexus was founded in 2024 by Amal and Rahul after years of watching the same problem play out across different industries: businesses struggling to find reliable workers, and skilled workers struggling to find employers who valued them.

The system wasn't broken — it was just misaligned. So we built an agency that genuinely serves both sides of the equation: one that takes compliance seriously, moves with speed, and measures success by how long placements last, not just how many get made.

Today, B&B Nexus is proudly Victorian, Labour Hire licensed, and trusted by businesses across manufacturing, construction, logistics, cleaning and healthcare.
