During the three-month trial, B&B Nexus remains the employer of record. If a placement isn't working — for any reason — we'll replace the worker at no additional sourcing cost. After the trial period, you have the option to convert them to a permanent employee.
Yes — completely. We are the employer of the placed worker, which means we manage payroll, PAYG withholding, superannuation, WorkCover and all other employment obligations. You receive a single fortnightly invoice.
