Nexus Flow is the name we give to our end-to-end placement methodology. It's not a product or a platform — it's the set of principles, processes and check-points that lets us move from a client brief to a placed worker in under 24 hours without cutting a single corner.
Every placement goes through the same rigorous sequence — regardless of industry, role level or urgency. This consistency is what makes our 98% three-month retention rate possible.

You tell us what you need — role, site, hours, licence requirements, any cultural fit notes. We ask the questions most agencies forget until it's too late. A thorough brief is the foundation of a fast, accurate placement.
Day 0 · Under 30 minutesWe immediately cross-reference your brief against our active candidate database and begin targeted outreach. Our pool is pre-registered, pre-screened and sector-specific — which means we're never starting from zero.
Day 0–1 · OngoingEvery shortlisted candidate goes through our structured screening: skills and experience verification, licence checks, reference calls, right-to-work confirmation, and a structured competency interview. No exceptions.
Day 1 · 4–8 hoursYou receive a concise profile for each shortlisted candidate — work history, licence details, reference notes and our recommendation. We present only candidates we'd hire ourselves.
Day 1 · Within 24 hours of briefIf you want to meet candidates before committing, we coordinate that quickly. For many of our repeat clients, the presentation is enough and they proceed directly to placement — your choice, always.
Day 1–2 · Flexible timingBefore the worker's first day we complete: employment agreement, tax file number declaration, super choice form, WorkSafe registration, and any site-specific induction materials provided by your WHS team.
Day 2 · Before first shiftWe call both you and the worker on or after the first shift to make sure everything went smoothly. Early issues — if any — get resolved before they become patterns.
Day 3 · Same eveningWe check in at the one-month and three-month marks. At the end of the three-month trial, we facilitate a review and support the transition to permanent employment if that's the direction you both want to go.
Month 1, Month 3 · OngoingThese aren't aspirational targets. They're the standards we hold ourselves to on every single placement.
From brief to shortlisted profiles delivered. For most roles in our sectors, this is achievable. If not, we'll tell you upfront.
Of our placed workers complete the three-month trial period successfully — a result of thorough screening, not luck.
If a placement isn't working for any reason during the trial, we replace the worker at no additional sourcing charge.
